With our main focus in mind, 'The Customer', we asked John Esson to provide us with cleaning materials for all our vehicles to use in the customers' property. John came along to find out what we actually required and he recommended various materials and cleaning chemicals to do all aspects of cleaning involved in our work. What impressed us were the lengths he went to on explaining the Health and Safety regulations of each product and any reactions it has with another.
