What is really good cleaning?

A cynic would say that really good cleaning is when the client pays but is there more to it than a client paying their bills. Here we give away a few of the secrets to our success.

Client satisfaction is important to us but we are aware that every client’s premises we clean is also an advertisement for our services and is seen by visitors as well as staff. So it is as much in our interest as the client’s to provide a good service.

Without giving away all our secrets, the difference between really good cleaning and basic cleaning is our attention to detail. Some examples of this are cleaning picture frames and along the tops of doors. We work with the client to produce a detailed, bespoke cleaning specification based on their unique circumstances, for example, density of desks, numbers of staff and visitors using the facilities, etc. Normally before taking on a regular cleaning contract we provide an initial clean to bring the premises up to our standard and then the cleaners’ job is to maintain this level of cleanliness for the duration of the contract. We also provide regular window cleaning, carpet cleaning, specialist floor cleaning services and high level cleaning at agreed intervals.   Every cleaning task is carried out according to the specification and this provides the measure of cleaning standards ensuring really good cleaning every time.
